According to Consumer Reports(tm), you should apply antipersperant in the evening before going to bed -- it takes time to clog those pores! Just like it takes time to head to the famed Lake Geneva resort The Abbey and their Waterfront Cafe for lunch, where you might have a California Club sandwich...like the Monz!

The winner of the Yummify the Monz' Lunch Contest is: "MaryCopa"!!! Mary suggests combining the best of two Monz dieting quests with yumminess: Shiritaki noodles (naturally low carb, no fat, and low calorie) with some of the organic pasta sauce of Monz' choice (we happen to know Monz was once quite fond of Paul Newman's "Sockarooni"). Mix-in some of Monz' favorite veggie sausage/bacon/eggs/beastos and garnish to visual spiccccce! Unfortunately Mary did not win the $1,000,000.00 however we give her our sincere thanks, as with our other entrants!

Beano(tm) + graprefruit?! Come on guys and gal, when you're tired of the same old same old, have some new old at Subway - a footlong veggie delite packed with hot peppers -- then check out whatever buskerband is playing at the Library (of Congress or Waukegan). Like the Monz!
