What a Difference a Half-Day Makes!

McDougall's pad thai noodle soup, apple, banana, and two clementines which are less dry than the last batch. Monz reports he is happy today because this morning is over.

For the Love of Yummy, Why?!
For reasons unknown to us, Monz goes to the Ft. Mitchell Subway for a footlong veggie delight, reporting that they have different veggies there, such as spinach, but that they were stingy with the banana peppers.

Bould Over!

The terrific trio head to Bimbamboo, which claims to offer "a bold and distinctive fusion of Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Korean, Malaysian and Japanese flavors." Mrs. Monz kindly provided visuals for the lunches of She Who Cannot Be Named (a salad bowl with crisp romaine , soba noodles, tofu and sweet chili sauce, paired with Thai Lemonade (with mint)) and Monz (tofu brown rice bowl with green curry, also paired with Thai Lemonade). Mrs. Monz had Edaname and spiced tomato soup. The verdict, from S.W.C.B.N. (who was informed of the blog's sparing use of the venerable): "Yummy."

Rocky Mountain High...Colorado!
Monz heads to the highland frontier to meet-up with Mrs. Monz and She Who Cannot Be Named for some settling in and settling on. Today they settled on
Aji Restaurant for some "suave" Latino salad and tomato soup, which was enjoyed immensley.

Monzyuckylunch!
Monz attempts to expand beyond the good doctor, with frightening results! "Campbell's select harvest light southwestern-style vegetable soup. Tastes like what I imagine WWII rations would taste like if I opened a can today." Thankfully Monz also had an apple, banana, and minneola, which went some way towards redeeming the soup.

Don't Mess With the Yummy!
Try to usurp the venerable and bad things happen to you. Maybe next time they'll try Mcdougall's (like-)tortilla soup, apple, banana and minneola.

Hiiiiiii-yaaaa!

Monz needs to get right with the universe AND kick its ass after a Monz-described "Punishment Lunch":

>>Leno's for a 10" turkey. The beast punished me for eating it, as it should, by being so loaded with sodium that I was virtually dehydrated by the time I exercised and the sodium overload affected my heartbeat. Bad! Bad! But I thought I needed the extra protein for a change. Serves me right.<<

Thus, because Karate is so passe:

MUAY THAI KICK BOXING
Known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, Muay Thai Kick Boxing is regarded
as one of the most powerful and explosive Martial Arts in the
world. This is Thailandʼs historic ring sport whereas competitors are
allowed to kick, punch, elbow and knee their opponents. This program
takes a technical approach to training with an emphasis on
heavy bag work, pad drills and partner drills. No experience necessary;
beginners welcome. Classes held at Ohana Martial Arts, 995
Progress Drive Unit 102, Grayslake.
Once a week
Cost: $195.00

Never Too Old!

Happiness is a lunch of Mcdougall's hot sour noodle soup, apple, banana, and possibly unripe peaches. Or:

CREATING HAPPINESS
If you think you are too stagnant or old to have
a vision, think again. Youʼre never too old to
have faith in the future. Redevelop skills to
express who you are, what you like and what
delights you. Find an enjoyable way to gain
insight into who you are and attain happiness
by reviewing where youʼve been and where youʼre going. This workshop
is a fun way to explore happiness and share: what you value
most; what you stand for; ways to review life lessons; how to articulate
your beliefs; and your definition of personal and spiritual value.

Continuing!
With the fall semester fast approaching, we have some suggestions for Monz for continuing ed classes at his favorite community college! That's right, it's Continung Ed for Monz week here at MYL! And to start things off, as Monz digs into some Mmcdougall's black bean and lime soup, apple, and banana, we recommend the following one day seminar:

HEAL YOUR DOG WITH ENERGY
You want the best quality of life for your dog, and this seminar will
help. It introduces you to the Tong Ren healing system for animals,
an effective method to treat cancer and other serious illnesses.
Blockage of energy causes such health problems, and different illnesses
are caused by different blockages. This technique is gentle,
non-invasive and promotes greater health and wellness. There is no
mystery or religion associated with it. Veterinary medicine reveals
that as a blockage builds it can be detected and felt physically. When
we find the blockage, the healing rate increases drastically, and the
healing range becomes wider. Tong Ren finds the neurological, vascular,
hormonal, chemical and electrical roots to various ailments
instead of just treating the problem where it occurs. It is easy and
you can master it in one session.
Cost: $25.00

Pathetic!
Look, we understand gushing, but this guy isn't going for signatures, he's playing both sides of the alternachick nostalgia fence to brighten-up what clearly is a loveless, lunchless life. Even without these sad tweets, from the thumbnail avatar alone we can see a man in need of McDougall's Spring Onion Noodle Soup, Apple and a banana. (And for the record, this is NOT the Music Editor (ME))
