Are You Looking at My Bum?!

Lessons learned from Misericordia candy days: Women give more than men to male volunteers. Men give more than women to female volunteers. Hot chicks don't give to either. Bums pretend to drop a coin into the can, but they aren't after the candy, they want the donor tag to put on themselves for use in their solicitations! We were very impressed that Misericordia dumped the generic life savers-like candy it used to give and now gives authentic Jelly Belly candy!

Monz learned a lesson too: when in Savannah don't dine on River Street! Monz returned to that old man river road to dine at the Cobblestone Conch House. Monz had shrimp lasagna, Mrs. Monz and "some ham-wrapped makki." And it was "only ok," but not terrible. They then went off to take a Grey Line tour, but no details were forthcoming. Maybe because it's that time of year again! Monz HIMSELF will be blogging the first two weeks of May. Don't miss it!
Comments:
Yay! Monz can blog all about his yummy lunch..

P.S. WTF is up with the first comment? Annoying ads in the comment sections of blogs - now that's just wrong...
Cell phone contact from Savannah must be sketchy . . . Mrs Monz had some ham-wrapped "mahi"! It's now several hours after lunch and all is well, so thumbs up on Cobblestone. NOTE: rumor has it that Monzyummydinner will take place in South Carolina!!!
Sorry for the blogspam -- we try to remove them as soon as possible and periodically we go into the archives and block new comments (which are almost invariably blogspam). Usually these cretins do their nastywork in the wee hours of the morning!

Watch out for the jellyfish on the sands of those South Carolina beaches Mark Monz!
Next time we travel we should ask for yummy lunch suggestions prior to departure.
Mercifully, we were spared SC (Which would have been a long drive) and instead wound up for a yummy dinner at Elizabeth on 37th which is a place we wanted to go to. Pretty yummy, but no Vics or Pink House. Overall, the food in Savannah gets a gigantic thumbs up!
Monz succeeds where Skyndyrd failed! Now rest-up for blogging.
The rally is going to be on C-SPAN 2 starting 1pm central time if you want to look for me -- I'll probably be the only one wearing a Winona, MN hat.
The weather on Sunday sucked -- flying in and out of ORD sucked! The flight from Savannah was delayed and when we finally got home, tons of people were camped out all over the airport. We looked for the Editorial staff on our way to baggage claim. EIC -- Did you make it?
