Better Late Than Never!

Remember when the Music Editor gave Monz his anual mix cd? Here were some of Monz' comments on the tunes:

"Mixed feelings -- enjoyed the vinylness of the recording."
"It's ok" (this was concerning the ME's favorite song of the year)
"I don't think anything about it except I hope I don't have to listen to it again."
"Don't understand -- are kids supposed to like it?"
"Pleasant"
"I laughed at its funny Beach Boysiness"
"You should have omitted s**** tunes"
"Liked it...kinda liked it."
"Destroy the momentum, a black hole of a song."
"Shockingly good, but you shouldn't have gone to so much effort."
"Well, I appreciated the song's sentiment, but..."
"I like Sabbath!" (this song was not Black Sabbath)
"First of all, go home. Second of all, go **** ********"
"Trying to be like the Crandberries. Trying."

As you can see, Monz is hard to please! But he was pleased by today's lunch: buffalo turkey/corned beef on potato bread with difference-making unground mustard, a stick of string cheese, carrots and apple!.
Comments:
Dear EIC,

I would like to suggest a new music-related posting in which Monz comments on 10 random tunes on his iPod (similar to The Onion's A/V Club "Random Rules"). Monz could explain why he likes the tune, where/when he first heard the tune, etc. We loyal readers yearn to know more about what "makes Monz Monz."
M.E. here -- I think that's a capital idea, and it is well-suited for your goal (unlike the M.E.'s Ipod mini, which is indescriminantly loaded with previously unfamiliar tunes). And as Monz will blogging both on Monday and for the entire first two weeks in May (a MYL tradition), what better time to do it?
the mix CD is freaking AWESOME i've worn mine to HOLES!!!!!
Which one, Ale, the Editor's or the Car Company's?
The ME truly and verily believes that Monz knows how to Rawk, especially in the classic sense. His pop could use a little touri...
