Every Picture Tells a Story!
I take your concerns and suggestions seriously (at least during my stint as guest-blogger!) One thing you've asked for, over and over, are more pictures! So, in that spirit, here is today's lunch:
In case you can't tell, it is a footlong turkey on hearty Italian with lots and lots of peppers. I know the editors are jaded and enjoy calling this, "the usual." However, there was nothing usual about this 'wich! It was yummy!

The staff, which is also off this week, has a question: what exactly is "artisan" bread? We see it being pushed on these new Wendy's sandwich comercials. If the mass-produced/baked/automated oven issued bread was designed by a guy or girl who went to culinary school, does that qualify? Or does it just have to be a little crustier?
From my intensive field investigations, I believe the only criteria for dough to be titles "Artisan" is a funky name.
