Is that from their deli or is it Trader Joe's box-like? Oh wait, Whole Kitchens, not Whole Foods! One speaker at our seminar (which is on false advertising law -- not the LE's specialty but he goes where they tell him) called the CEO of Whole Foods a "Granola eating thug" for his anonymous blog postings bashing a competitor and the FTC (sucking up to the FTC people who were speaking later, no doubt!)
