Fight It!
Longtime MYL readers know that this blog fights for what is right, which often times means fighting against titantic forces of nature. Forces like laziness, greed, and...other feelings. For example,
the premature appearance of Christmas marketing. Thus we note with dispair that the city of Chicago has begun stringing up holiday lights downtown (the picture, taken by the MYL crack reporting team this very afternoon at Randolph and LaSalle (though with a grainy cell phone photo that had to be blown-up) is sad evidence of this fact).
Monz had a struggle against nature today too, yet ultimately prevailed in eating his lunch, a mysterious veggie concoction from China Garden titled "Happy Buddha" which seems to have little specific meaning in the world of Chinese food save an indication it's a veggie dish.
