Head North For Miles on I94, Then Turn Right!
Monz is filled with hope as he tests his new GPS, then strolls the streets of downtown Waukegan to see new signs promissing revitalizaton at old, now-closed faves. For now it's Subway for a 12-inch veggie delight with dijon and baked lays.
