Diesel . . . AND DUST!
Another scavenged lunch of two small veg-loaf slices on some french bread topped with veg-cheese, capped off with some vegan choc mousse. Surprisingly yummy on an otherwise dreary day.

So the top 40 station did a "flashback countdown" to 1982 (at first we thought the aussie bands were doing cover versions of "don't stop" and "6 months in a leaky boat") and as Peter Garrett (solo) rolled out, we could hear the Monz in semi-serious, semi-mocking voice say "sweet!"
Equatorial heat can't be beat - slightly unpleasantly hot until we remember what it's going to be like back home and then it becomes pleasant. Stores close too early though, except on Thursday. And, we kid you not, today we went to a nude beach (well, mixed, but the law allows nudity there and about half partook).
