Chef Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde! 

Mercurial Monz heads to the most schizophrenic eatery in downtown: Encore! A chicken walnut salad that met Monz' standards. And just think, somebody tonight will be standing where Monz was, trying to show as much love to the club as those in the know show Monz.
